We all know that receiving feedback can polish our skills and improve our performance. But did you ever think about who gives us feedback? If it’s someone we respect, someone who is knowledgeable, we are likely to think about it and accept it. If, on the other hand, the feedback comes from a person who we don’t respect or trust, even if it’s our boss, we may discount it or reject it. Who gives us feedback makes a difference.
